You are a digital native, have a passion for HR and love the exchange via social media?
Then you've come to the right place as our digital treasure hunter:
- You support HR in the development of employer branding and digital recruiting strategies
- You manage social media channels and online employer profiles on various online channels
- You take care of the presentation of our job ads and their distribution on social media and other digital platforms
- You prepare the ad content for specific target groups and channels
- You take on other recruiting tasks
- You work directly with the Head of HR
You want to put your recruiting knowledge into practice and use your initiative in projects in the digital setup?
It would be perfect if you bring the following with you:
- Current studies at a college or university (majors in business with a specialization in HR and/or marketing, communication sciences or comparable).
- First HR and/or recruiting experience would be an advantage
- First contact with networks such as LinkedIn and Xing
- High internet affinity and good knowledge of social media platforms
- Location Berlin for personal exchange in the office
- German and English: fluent in written and spoken language
WORKPLACE | Remote Work / Mobile Working is welcomed and lived by us; very good transport connections to the office.
EQUIPMENT | workplace with the latest hardware and software in Berlin (but without foosball or ball pool)
WORKING TIME / COMPENSATION | max. 20h/week, flexible (start, duration and compensation of the job according to individual agreement); time flexibility during the exam period
COLLABORATION | possibility to write final thesis in the company; chance for employment on a permanent position after graduation
